Light Retreat – a sanctuary for body and mind, featuring vegan raw food,
juice fasting, meditation and yoga, essential oils and other detox modalities.
Our programs generally include juice
fasting, raw food cleansing and additional advanced detoxification (i.e. from
drugs, environmental toxins, parasites or heavy metals). If you have tried to
follow a detox regimen at home you might have found it to be challenging with
all the distractions of everyday life. Come to a peaceful place where there are
no distractions or temptations, a place where you can contemplate and rest in a
nurturing and caring environment.

Our next retreat is Raw
Thanksgiving (November 21-28, 2009) in Northern
California.
Come join us in a lovely
ocean-view house with a hot tub and a beautiful peaceful garden. There are many
opportunities for hiking and walking, breathing in fresh ocean air. The program
will include juice fasting, raw food cleansing and a raw Thanksgiving feast (of
course!), as well as easy yoga, guided meditation and nature hikes.
Also included: various treatments: Chinese lymphatic drainage, massage,
detoxifying ion foot baths and an amazing aromatherapy treatment. You will get
a personal consultation with our Nutritionist who will have an individualized
juice menu for your specific needs and will create a dietary guide for you to
take home. This is a great opportunity to learn the secrets of raw food cuisine
with hands-on food preparation and demonstrations. Many other modalities
(chiropractic adjustments, colon hydrotherapy, mineral waters etc) will be
available to you during your stay.
